1. Digital Products

All purchases are for digital items, including:

• Diamonds, our virtual currency
• Roles and perks
• Subscriptions, such as Premium

2. No Refunds for Virtual Currency

All Diamond purchases are final and non-refundable.

Once Diamonds are used, spent, or involved in any giveaway, they cannot be reversed or refunded.

3. Premium Subscription Refunds

Refunds for Premium subscriptions may be granted only if:

• No server activity has occurred during the billing period
• No giveaways or perks have been used
• The request is made within 14 days of purchase

Inactive users for 3+ months may request a renewal refund within 7 days. All requests are reviewed manually.

4. Fraud & Chargebacks

Any attempt to file a chargeback, reverse a payment, or commit fraud will result in:

• Immediate account termination
• Removal of all balances and rewards
• Permanent restriction from future use

5. Payment Processing

All payments are handled securely via Stripe.

We reserve the right to delay or manually review transactions and withhold delivery if fraud is suspected.

6. Delivery

• Diamonds are usually delivered instantly
• Some transactions may require manual approval

7. User Responsibility

You are responsible for providing correct account details and following Discord and Roblox rules.

8. Service Changes

We may modify pricing, features, or services at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Losses due to platform restrictions from Roblox or Discord
• User errors
• Delays outside our control
